Business Integration Manager - 12 months FTC

The award winning operator is renowned for a high quality experience and exceptional customer service.  We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Integration Manager to join the NETS leadership team.  

Reporting to the Managing Director of NETS, this role will be integral in leading Business integration plans using your wealth of experience in all business functional areas.  You'll have demonstrable experience at delivering business excellence, combined with influencing, behavioural and cultural change experience.

To be considered for this role, candidates would have experience in the following areas:

• Lead the delivery of key projects and work streams supporting through business integration, business combinations and future acquisitions.

• To establish and deliver a comprehensive Business integration plan.  To identify opportunities to drive performance improvements.  

• Working with the business SMEs to establish minimum delivery standards, and ensure a culture of continuous improvements is established.

• Develop strong cross functional and stakeholder relationships in order to influence, gain ‘buy in’ and inspire an appetite for change.

• Leading on change programs and establishing minimum delivery standards, in order to deliver a fully integration business.

• Look across the group, industry and in other markets for excellence, innovation and best practice to bring fresh thinking to NETS.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

• Significant experience of working with business excellence, successfully leading projects and business integration projects, from concept through to delivery.

• A self-starter who is comfortable making decisions, able to work on own initiative and resolve problems quickly and effectively

• Excellent understanding of technology and its effective application in improving process and operations

• Tenacious, resilient and has a desire to work in a fast paced agile environment able to work across divisions/teams/business units

• Commercially minded with a strong customer focus and understanding of the interdependence of key business areas.
