We have exciting opportunities within our Learning & Development team, as we expand the number of experienced trainers.  This role will facilitate behavioural focused learning interventions for colleagues within the UK whilst supporting our operational business units to deliver training that underpins their strategies.   In addition the role will be focused on closing the required capability gaps which will support the business in achieving its goals.

 This role involves the delivery of specified training and the facilitation of skills and knowledge transfer, having a direct impact on developing the required mindset and resulting in the overall behavioural development of colleagues and subsequently the drive of organisational performance.

What you'll do...

  • Deliver learning interventions that are impactful, and that are embedded in developing behavioural and mindset change and demonstrate return on investment.

  • Support cultural changes through engaging and immersive training interventions using a variety of delivery methods, enabling colleagues to more effectively deliver to the required standard.

  • Build a deep understanding of the business area ensuring that the learning solutions are delivered in a way that addresses the need.

  • Liaise with other training colleagues in order to share best practice and support the development of a positive learning culture

  • Keep and maintain training progress records

 

You may also have experience in the following ...

To be considered were looking for candidates that have had experience in the following areas:

  • Previous experience in delivering learning solutions that demonstrate behavioural change, within HR/Learning & Development, along with proficient computer skills, Google Slides, Microsoft PowerPoint, and instructional software. 

  • Experience in establishing credibility with delegates and peers with a strong ability in delivering solutions. 

  • Facilitator or trainer qualification (ideally CIPD accredited or equivalent) and substantial experience of delivering learning interventions

  • Member of a Professional Body preferred but not essential

Things to note...

National Express has a very high focus on health and safety and as a result operates a strict Drugs and Alcohol Policy which is applicable to all employees.

Drug and Alcohol testing is completed as part of the assessment process as well as random checks during employment according to the policy.
