We have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Coordinator based in our UK Head Office, you will be offering full administrative support to the Service Delivery Team ensuring that all agreed processes and procedures are followed and that all departmental documentation is up to date.

What you wil do...

  • Raising purchase orders for the team and organising travel/accommodation for visits
  • Coordination and minute-taking of meetings
  • Booking of 1:1 meetings and reviews
  • Documentation management to ensure that it is still appropriate and relevant
  • Management of the central system of Service Delivery information and centralisation of divisional standards
  • Review complaints and support implementation of plans
  • Support uniform queries and engagement with supplier

What you will need...

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence at various levels – internal and external
  • High level of written, analytical and keyboard skills
  • Effectively communicate information and ideas in a written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
