We have an exciting opportunity for a recruiter, to join our team, who will be accountable for delivering an outstanding recruitment service that is cost effective and efficient to ensure a pipeline of candidates who fit our profile and values, along with intelligence on current market place and solutions to challenging recruitment.

As the successful candidate, you will have previous experience within an in-house recruitment function, supporting volume recruitment. You will possess the ability to thrive in a role that demands a positive attitude and a real determination to succeed. You will have excellent stakeholder management kills, along with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.


What you'll do...

  • Design, implement and coordinate regional and local attraction campaigns via social media and other tools, to build a talent pipeline of candidates
  • Build fantastic relationships with company stakeholders, ensuring their recruitment needs are met every time and offering support and guidance throughout the campaign
  • Manage own workload, re-prioritising when demand is high, based on understanding of high impact roles and requirements for volume recruitment
  • Conduct assessments, interviews and other candidate selection related activities using the agreed recruitment process within agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Initiate continuous improvement based on campaign learning and intelligence gathered from the external market, competitor activity etc.
  • Negotiate terms of business with external suppliers for temporary and permanent solutions
  • Complete all Applicant Tracking System records and reports accurately and on time e.g. candidate and vacancy records, cost, monthly reports, media reports and vacancy reports
  • Be aware of the succession plans for respective area of the business to identify internal talent and any skills gaps
  • Interpret and apply HR policies, employment legislation and GDPR legislation to ensure a consistent, best practice approach is adopted
  • Produce offer letters, contracts and associated documentation
  • Manage candidates on-boarding including offer negotiation and relevant checks, ensuring continuous engagement is maintained
