We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Head of Sales based across the Midlands Region, who will be responsible for driving the sales strategy for the business region,overseeing the day to day management of the sales and key client teams whilst also ensuring the business' growth plan maintains focus.

  Role Purpose:

  • To deliver private hire and contracted sales against structured revenue targets and agreed KPIs
  • Providing direct line management and development of the regional sales teams
  • Deliver growth through active account management of high value existing contracts
  • Foster a proactive sales-focused environment bringing energy and enthusiasm to the regional commercial & sales team
  • Work closely with the Regional Managing Director to develop sales strategies to grow revenue from specific market sectors
  • Engage with key stakeholders within key clients on a consultative basis to learn their business, anticipate their transport needs to enable you and the wider teams to create and develop solutions that deliver value for the customer
  • Builds strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to understand and analyse market trends to aid the business sales strategy, sales approach and
    product offering.
  • Growing, developing, tracking and delivering against revenue targets in line with budgeted annual
    growth
