National Express is on the hunt for a Content Creator who gets social culture, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and isn’t afraid to get out there — in coach stations, airports, events such as Wembley Stadium, Glastonbury Festival and Boomtown Festival, partner sites and anywhere our customers are — to capture the real stories of how people travel.
This is your chance to shape the voice of a major UK brand and create content that’s smart, social‑first, and rooted in what customers actually care about. If you love being on the move, even better — this role involves regular travel to film on location and bring our journeys to life.
This role requires you to be in Birmingham 2 days per week with regular travel involved.
