Dublin Express is currently hiring Full Time Customer Service Advisors to work onsite at Dublin Airport — one of Europe’s busiest international transport hubs.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for travellers arriving in or departing from Ireland. You'll be responsible for delivering clear information, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth experience for those using our services. Whether it’s a visitor’s first time in Dublin or a frequent traveller, you’ll represent Dublin Express with confidence, efficiency, and professionalism.
Location: Dublin Airport, working outside Terminal 1 and 2
Shift Pattern:
Alternating shifts (Monday–Sunday)
Flexible availability including weekends and bank holidays
